O almighty and compassionate God, I thank You with all the powers of my soul for this and all other mercies, graces, and benefits bestowed upon me, and prostrating myself at Your sacred feet, I offer myself to be Yours forevermore.
Nothing in life or death shall ever be able to separate me from You! I repent with my entire soul of all my treasons against You, as well as all the abominations and misdeeds of my previous life.

I renew my baptismal commitments, and from this day forward, I dedicate myself eternally to Your love and service.
Allow me to despise sin more than death itself for the time being, and to shun all such occasions and companies that have unhappily brought me to it. This I resolve to do with Your divine assistance, without which I am powerless. Amen.
